Lunar

Lunar, they are called. A confident name. A woman’s name. Lunar would be a person great at everything – she is open hearted, stretchy and adaptable. She makes you feel secure and comfortable. She will never show off but is quietly confident in her ability to cope in different situations. She will walk tirelessly for hours, never complaining, always maintaining balance.

Lunar is a wandering shoe and she fits in perfectly at any occasion. On a dry day, you could use her to walk your dog on the beach, her rubber soles giving protection from the harsh pebbles and stones beneath her. She would run with you down a hillside and walk you around the shops.

She would complement jeans or a nice dress and will always help you to look your best.

She’s a sparkly lady, elegant yet understated in black. She doesn’t need to prove herself by adding height to raise herself above other shoes. She knows who she is and is happy and contented within herself.

Occasionally, a storm may hit Lunar. She may squelch and drip, but her sparkle remains bright and will hide any pain she may be feeling. She is a wonderful friend and raises the spirits of those around her.

Of course, like any strong woman, she is not unbreakable. Treat her right and she will look after you. Treat her wrong and place her in the jungle, for example, and she will allow nature to take its revenge on you.
